SanDisk Sansa m250 2 GB MP3 Player (Black) 用户反馈:
|
用户打分: 用户总结: Zero star is I could... 用户评语: I, too, did the research. I read the glowing reviews on this site and found other sources to be just as affectionate in their ratings. It's all based on personal experience, of course. Three days after I got this lemon, it died (as so did 165 of my songs). I called technical support and they said, "dude, you're screwed." Luckily, Amazon refunded the entire amount.
I noticed, but not pay much attention to, the reviews on this site that gumbled that their Sansas died after a few days or months. So, take a close look at those reviews. I went ahead and bought an Ipod and...as of now it has worked like a charm.
用户打分: 用户总结: the second one just died--i'd give it a zero if i could 用户评语: I am returning the second player in two months, both played for a week or so then died. I am not getting another one.
i got this for my daughter for Christmas, thinking "why buy an $$$ Ipod" for a kid in middle school who might easily misplace it or have it stolen? The reviews of the 1 gig were great. 2gig sounded better.
Within a month it stopped working. The screen was an unreadable smear. Amazon promptly took it back, sent a new one. daughter was slow to reload it (disgusted with previous failure) two weeks later it wont start. checked the battery, its still good.
we are done with this. Customer service may be great but having it fail and having to return the dang thing (and deal with angst about "what did i do to it?" answer: nothing. Other reviews note how durable it is. Well, not for us.
用户打分: 用户总结: Falls at the first hurdle 用户评语: This product is fine in all but one thing. Unfortunately, this one thing is totally fundamental and thus negates any other advantages the product might otherwise have.
The problem is this: it doesn't play tracks in the correct album order - it plays them in ALPHABETICAL order. I've never seen another MP3 player with this problem...even the 128mb freebie that came with a stationery order.
I rang SanDisk asking when a firmware update to fix this basic problem would be available - I may as well have tried to divine it from tea leaves. They had no idea, and what's more, the product's been on the market for OVER A YEAR, and they still haven't fixed it. Useless.
They also told me to simply change the ID3 tags - which doesn't actually work, as the player then plays them in some kind of random order. Plus, if I've got 500+ tracks going onto this thing, do I really want to faff about changing each and every track tag? No I do not.
It was then suggested I create playlists on Windows Media Player (great customer support this is - .wpl isn't recognised and you have to create .m3u files in Winamp - I had to tell THEM that!). But why should I have to do that, when all other MP3 players simply play tracks straight away in the right order automatically?! Here's a suggestion from me SanDisk - get the basic functions right before releasing a product!
Avoid this player if you prefer listening to music the way artists intended it rather than the way an inferior electronic device decides you should.
用户打分: 用户总结: Disappointed 用户评语: I hate to bash anything and I have to consider how little I paid for this but I have not had very good experiences with it. Regardless of how much you pay for something, you expect it to work and at least do what is advertised, this is not the case with the one I have. The first problem I had was with Napster To Go, when I plug the device in, Napster does not recognize that it is plugged in at all even though it is listed as a compatible device so I couldn't upload the 500 songs I just downloaded. The funny thing is, I also have a Sandisk Cruzer that Napster recognizes when that is plugged in but it is not a compatible device. The second problem that I had with it: it would just turn off for no apparent reason. I started noting the times when it would shut off: while out jogging in the cold, when the battery was low, when it was in the complimentary armband carrying case, and when I would listen to a particular album or artist. This happened a lot less with a fresh battery and when I carried it in my hand but still happens nonethess. Also, I have not had much of a problem since the weather has warmed up. The third problem is that the directions state you can create playlists by holding the white button in the middle, not so on mine. I hold it for the recommended two seconds and nothing happens. Finally, my brother bought one without talking to me first and his wouldn't even power on initially.
I don't want to mention all of my problems without listing some pros. I found it easy to upload all of my tracks onto the device using WMP 10, even if it does jumble the tracks and artists. This can be remedied by using the listen to a particular artist/album. I think the sound is pretty tight for such a small device and the low cost.
One more thing I ought to mention is that I haven't taken it back, I guess I am content with complaining about the disappointing one that I have. Maybe I will check out best buy's return policy on no receipt or packaging. At any rate I would recommend NOT buying this, unless you like being disappointed.
用户打分: 用户总结: Sent it back 用户评语: I bought this to listen to three things: cd's that I'd ripped to my computer, Audible downloadable audiobooks and NetLibrary audiobooks.
I ended up returning the item after a frustrating experience with their customer service folks who were unable to fix my problems. I could download things sometimes, but the Sansa would index incorrectly. For example, the music will transfer to the sansa but it would not play. Sometimes a chosen song would play, sometimes a chosen song will appear on the screen in pause mode and would not get out of pause mode. When I'd go back to the play menu, all items on the Sansa would list with that song title.
I'm quite technically inclined, so this wasn't operator error. Ended up getting the Creative Zen Nano Plus. It is working very very well.
